93rd Annual Convention of the Diocese of Eau Claire ~ Nov. 13th

Bishop Gunter and I appreciate your patience as we’ve begun to assemble the necessary materials for the 93rd Annual Convention of the Diocese of Eau Claire. Convention will be held virtually again this year, via the Zoom Webinar platform. The basic documents are beginning to be approved and are available on the Diocesan Website at the following link: https://episcopaldioceseofeauclaire.com/diocesan-convention/
As materials are finalized, they will be placed on that tab of the Diocesan Website, but the most foundational documents will be emailed to clergy, parishes, and delegates as well. To that end, it is very important that you and your delegates complete the attached registration form and return it to the diocesan Office as Quickly as possible. In addition, please see the attached document with links and login information for the Pre-Convention Hearings, scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 2nd, and Saturday, Nov. 6th.
Please make sure that you and your delegates are prepared to attend Convention via Zoom. Please note the attached document that covers that necessity and feel free to reach out to me if you have any concerns or questions. As we did last year, we’ll be holding two trial webinars on the Thursday and Friday preceding Convention for those who are concerned about the mechanisms of the Zoom Webinar platform. Details for those tutorials will be coming shortly.
