Susan Sveda-Uncapher

Artist in Residence 2016-2017

Susan is a mixed media artist who has exhibited her work for over 20 years. She has a BFA in Illustration from the 

University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and a MFA in Sculpture from the University of Chicago. Susan was a recipient of the Bush Artist Fellowship (Visual Arts 2-D) in 1996. She has been a guest juror, artist, teacher and/or speaker at assorted venues, to include the Rochester Art Center, Wisconsin Public Radio, TV-18, UW Madison Continuing Education Department, the University of Chicago and UWEC. She has one grown up son, who is also an artist. She is gainfully employed in Eau Claire, full time, in a non-art day job.  She has many interests and welcomes conversation.
