Please note that the final Pre-Convention Hearing for the 95th Convention will begin tonight at 6:00 pm. A pdf with login info is attached (or you can access the meeting directly scrolling to the bottom of this article and clicking the link). Please note: This hearing will be recorded for those who have not been able to attend the previous meetings.
Also, we are calling for final additions to the Diocesan Necrology, which includes and members of the Diocese who impacted diocesan life in some manner and have died since our last Convention in November 2022. Any names to be included can be forwarded to me via email.

2023 Pre-Convention Hearings Login Information

Thursday, September 28th we hosted a presentation by Bishop Sean Rowe of the Dioceses of Northwest Pennsylvania and Western New York. Bishop Rowe is a recognized and experienced expert on dealing with change. His presentation is a helpful framing of our conversation and discernment about the possible reunion of the three dioceses of Wisconsin. I encourage you to watch it in preparation for convention. Though we invited him to speak to the potential reunion, much that he had to say is relevant whatever we decide, relevant beyond conversations regarding the reunion and beyond change in the wider church. Change engages us in various spheres of our lives. Bishop Rowe’s presentation offers some helpful ways to navigate and embrace change.
