Rooted in Soil and Grounded in Faith: Resources for Sustained Creation Care

All those interested in creation care (from any province) are invited to participate. Cost:  $50 (included meals. scholarships available)

​We will have 31 rooms at the retreat center, where either singles or couples can stay.  If more register, there are hotels nearby.  

A note about travel:
It is Kentucky Derby weekend and flying into Louisville is expensive.  If you would like to fly, contact Heather via email or at 989-413-3229.  We are working on a plan for flying into a nearby airport and providing transportation.  Feel free to fill out the registration form and say “pay with check” and we’ll confirm a travel plan before you pay for the retreat.

4 pm – arrive, snacks, informal intros
5 pm – dinner
6:30-8:30 – formal introductions and program introduction
8:15 – compline
8:30 pm – reception 

Saturday, May 6
7:30 – 8:30 am – Continental breakfast
8:30 – worship / contemplation
9 am – program
11:30 – lunch
12:30 – program
3 pm – afternoon break
4:10 – vespers
5 pm – dinner 
6:30 pm – evening program
receptions / relaxation

Sunday, May 7
7:30 – 8:30 am – Continental breakfast
10 am – Eucharist
11 am – wrap it all up – takeaways, plans, goals, next steps
12 pm – lunch – go out together and then head home

1. In alignment with the General Convention of the Episcopal Church, we require proof of vaccination against COVID.
