29th Annual ECW Cookie Walk – Many Thanks!

On behalf of CCC Episcopal Church Women, thank you to everyone who baked and also helped with the 29th Annual Christmas Cookie Walk. It was a huge success. As always, our parish members provided an enormous amount of festive, delicious goodies & treats. We owe a big thanks to Dale & Tim for setting up the tables & getting out all of our supplies. A shout out to my husband Marc for being a team player with set up & take down. Christa did an amazing job making sure our information was distributed throughout our church family. Thank you Wendy Clark for starting (what I hope) will be an annual tradition of involving the children with the Cookie Walk. Thank You Eileen Henchen for the new addition of the crocheted dish clothes – they were a huge success!  We appreciated Izzabelle W. for handing out flyers and to Cage D. for selling Kwik Trip cards (we sold 3x the amount of Kwik Trip cards with the addition of these two).  So grateful for Bethany Shuda who plays the harp and helps to create a feeling of Christmas! It takes three days of setting up, working the event and then taking it down to make this a success. I personally want to say thank you to the many ECW members who came and helped many hours each of those days. Fr. Kirby never disappoints us by showing up at the end of the event to toast all of the workers and a special toast to his wife, Heather, for starting the very first, and best, Eau Claire Cookie Walk. On to the 30th! ~Deb C.
