Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction or Spiritual companionship is available from our trained clergy.  This is a relationship which examines prayer life, relationship to God, spiritual health, and balance.  This involves developing a ‘rule of life’—a way of living that personally suits you, but also works to deepen your relationship with God, and your charity.  A good rule of life will involve a balance of prayer, work, study, recreation, and rest.  Spiritual Direction also involves unburdening yourself and learning the joy of living with a clean conscience, striving for simplicity, and authenticity.
